Thank you for being here from the very beginning. I promised I’d tell you first, so here it is: our online shop is officially live and we’re taking pre-orders!
A quick note: our product photography is still in progress, so we’ll be updating images soon to give you a clearer picture of what you’ll receive. But I promise you’ll get gorgeous, delicious chocolate no matter what.
The Limited Edition Christmas Collection
We’re launching with six bars—three solid, three filled—each one a little edible love letter to the season.
The Solid Bars (shelf-stable, perfect for gifting):
Panettone – Vegan dark chocolate with candied citrus and festive spice
Merry Maple – Dark milk chocolate studded with maple-roasted walnuts and pecans
Crêpe Dentelle – Spiced white chocolate with delicate French crispy crêpe bits
The Chilled Bars (keep these in the fridge):
Christmas Puddy – Milk chocolate with brandy butter ganache and Christmas pudding fruit ganache. Don’t be afraid—it’s got all the cozy nostalgia of Christmas pudding, reimagined as something everyone will love
Mulled Wine – Dark chocolate with port-spiked plum jam, mulled wine ganache, and toasted almonds (also vegan!)
White Chocolate Pine Tree – Nutmeg white chocolate shell, topped with pine nuts, filled with dulce de leche and cardamom-cinnamon ganache

None of this would exist in the way it does without Josh Attwood Studio. Josh has been my creative partner through this entire journey—designing the website, crafting the packaging, and bringing the visual identity of Late Night Pudding Club to life. Every detail, from the hand-foiled wrappers to the way the site feels when you land on it, all dreamy and colourful, is magic to me. It’s been a dream to work with someone who gets the vision so completely and makes it better than I imagined. Thank you, Josh. Truly.
